Going back to the Studio Ghibli catalogue for a bit here. This movie was directed by Isao Takahata who also directed Grave of the Fireflies. Grave of the Fireflies was quite good so I had high hopes for this one and it did not disappoint.

Review: My Neighbor Totoro (1988)

As I continue my journey of watching the Studio Ghibli movies it continues to amaze the sheer quality of these movies. This particular one is quite possibly the most joyous ones I’ve watched.
