February was the month of the video game. Large portions of my free time in February was taken up by the excellent video game Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth. It was nice to sink my teeth into a long RPG but next month I want to keep it a bit lighter. Not entirely sure yet what I will play but I’ll figure it out.
I read a good number of books this month, starting off the month by finishing the Wayfarers series – Record of a Spaceborn Few and The Galaxy and the Ground Within. Then I switched lanes into some historical fantasy with The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi and then the very heavy Babel. Closing the month out with a lighthearted fantasy, Paladin’s Grace.
As far as movies, I managed to watch one movie, Ran (1985). Movies continue to be the hardest for me to keep a regular pace with. Two hour video essay on YouTube? No problem. Two hour movie? Oh, god no. That said, I did enjoy the one movie I watched this month and that’s good enough for me.
