This book came out on the 16th of January, I started reading it on the 17th and was done by the 18th. I just absolutely devoured this book. It was entirely possible that I could have finished the book on the 17th if I had not stopped myself from continuing.

Review: Alan Wake 2

First game of the year and first game review of the year! Starting off with a release from late last year: Alan Wake 2 developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Epic Games Publishing.

I started this game on January 1st, 2024 and finished it on January 13th, 2024 with a total in-game playtime of 23 hours and 14 minutes. Game was purchased from the Epic Games Store and played on PC.

Review: Emily Wilde’s Encyclopaedia of Faeries by Heather Fawcett

I think I first put this book in my wishlist sometime last year after I saw cari of the cari can read channel mention it in one of her monthly book list videos (I forget which). I saw it mentioned again in Cindy’s My Best Books of 2023 video a week or so ago and decided it was time to actually pick it up, especially after the quote Cindy read in her video.
